Contributor-level stored XSS via unprotected post metadata

Stored XSS in AddFunc Head & Footer Code 2.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through post custom fields. The plugin emits aFhfc_head_code, aFhfc_body_code, and aFhfc_footer_code metadata without escaping and leaves the keys unprotected by a register_meta authorization callback. Contributor-level access is sufficient to plant code that runs in an administrator's browser when the affected post is previewed or viewed.
