RBD unmap hang via unset linger pause

Denial of service in Linux Kernel allows attackers to hang RBD image unmapping after a prolonged Ceph request pause. The libceph calc_target() path fails to set the paused flag on linger requests, so an affected request never reaches the resend list when processing resumes. The failure requires an unwatch request to time out before a rewatch enters the paused state, leaving watch_mutex held indefinitely.
