Local denial of service via leaked URBs

Memory leak in the gs_usb CAN driver in affected Linux Kernel versions allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through interface cycling. The gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback function resubmits a completed receive URB after USB has removed it from rx_submitted, so gs_can_close cannot release it. A compatible gs_usb CAN adapter and permission to cycle its network interface are required; the reported consequence is a local service interrupt.
