Local kernel crash via stale mlx5e private state

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel mlx5e driver allows local users to crash the kernel through a devlink reload. After a switchdev profile attach fails, mlx5e_dev retains mlx5e_priv even though that unstable structure can be zeroed, so mlx5e_remove later reads a null netdev or device reference. Triggering the demonstrated oops requires local privileges sufficient to change switchdev mode and reload the affected devlink device, and the bounded consequence is a kernel crash that interrupts service.
