Service interruption via authentication-state error

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 5.11 through 6.19-rc4 allows remote attackers to interrupt service during libceph authentication. mon_handle_auth_done() fails to return an error from ceph_auth_handle_reply_done(), so msgr2 continues session setup after higher layers abort authentication. Secure mode and a failed authentication completion are required; the inconsistent state triggers setup_crypto() and dereferences a NULL pointer in prepare_auth_signature().
