Local kernel crash via error-pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.17 through 6.18.5 allows local users to crash the kernel during network-namespace teardown. In tcf_idrinfo_destroy, action-IDR iteration passes an ERR_PTR(-EBUSY) entry to tc_act_in_hw as though it were a valid tc_action pointer. A low-privileged local user must reach the affected traffic-control teardown path; the reported consequence is a kernel crash, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
