Kernel crash via uninitialized idpf RSS LUT

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel idpf driver allows local users to crash the kernel via pre-interface RSS changes. Before initial interface activation, idpf_set_features passes the uninitialized RSS lookup table to a memory-copy operation when ethtool disables rxhash. The idpf driver must be loaded, the interface must never have been brought up, and the user must be able to change its network features; the resulting kernel oops interrupts system availability.
