Code execution via misplaced Intan header write

Heap-based buffer overflow in libbiosig 3.9.2 and Master Branch db9a9a63 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted Intan CLP file. The sopen_intan_clp_read function passes hdr->AS.Header+HeadLen to fread after allocating only HeadLen+1 bytes, causing attacker-controlled bytes to be written from the buffer's end. Reachability requires a consuming application to pass an attacker-supplied file into the parser; successful corruption grants code execution in that process.
