Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in silvercover myLinksDump 1.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via link_title. The plugin stores the supplied link title without sufficient sanitization and later renders it without context-appropriate output escaping. Administrator-level access and subsequent user interaction are required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
