Path traversal in TOA TRIFORA 3 series network cameras before 1.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve arbitrary files. TOA identifies a crafted URL as the input but has not published the affected endpoint or the path-normalization operation that fails. A monitoring-user account or any higher-privileged login is required; the documented impact is file disclosure without file modification or service interruption.
