File overwrite via duplicated ZIP member path

Path traversal in Datadog GuardDog before 2.7.1 allows remote attackers to overwrite arbitrary files via a malicious PyPI package. The safe_extract() function passes os.path.join(target_directory, member) as ZipFile.extract()'s destination, causing the member name to be appended twice and defeating path sanitization. Exploitation requires GuardDog to scan the crafted archive; writable startup or service files can convert the overwrite into code execution under GuardDog's privileges.
