Internal service access via webhook test requests

SSRF in self-hosted Metabase releases before 55.13, 56.3, and 57.1 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services through webhook tests. The notification-channel test handler accepts a user-supplied webhook URL and sends a server-side request without excluding local or private addresses. Exploitation requires notification-channel management privileges and a deployment colocated with unsecured resources; the result is server-originated access to those resources.
