User-assisted host command execution via unsafe ECharts parsing

Code injection in the ECharts Markdown plugin in nanbingxyz 5ire before 0.15.3 allows remote attackers to execute renderer JavaScript. The parseOption function in useECharts.ts extracts an object literal from an ECharts code block and passes its contents to the Function constructor without neutralizing executable syntax. Exploitation requires a user to render attacker-controlled content; host command execution follows only when privileged Electron APIs such as electron.mcp are exposed.
