Unauthenticated data exposure and modification via API routes
Published Jan 12, 2026 · Updated Jan 12, 2026
Missing authentication in WebErpMesv2 before 1.19 allows remote attackers to read business data and modify selected records via API requests. The api middleware group in app/Http/Kernel.php applies throttling and route binding but no authentication to routes/api.php endpoints. No credentials or user interaction are required; exposed endpoints disclose companies, quotes, orders, tasks, and whiteboards and permit company creation and whiteboard changes.
