Process crash via uninitialized BilateralBlur pointer release

Invalid-pointer release in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-13 allows remote attackers to crash image-processing processes through BilateralBlur. AcquireBilateralTLS allocates one extra pointer slot but clears only the preceding slots, leaving the last slot uninitialized before buffer allocation. If a later allocation fails, DestroyBilateralTLS frees that uninitialized slot, causing invalid memory release and process termination.
