Remote code execution via unblocked ctypes fallback

Remote code execution in CrewAI 1.0 allows remote attackers to escape CodeInterpreterTool isolation through injected Python code. The tool silently invokes SandboxPython when Docker is unavailable, and that fallback's import restrictions omit ctypes, exposing arbitrary C calls in the host process. Reachability requires allow_code_execution=True or explicit addition of CodeInterpreterTool plus attacker-controlled agent input, and successful exploitation executes code with the CrewAI process's privileges.
