SSRF via weak media URL validation

SSRF in Spring AI 1.0.0 through 1.0.4 and 1.1.0 through 1.1.3 allows remote attackers to access network resources via media URLs. BedrockProxyChatModel passed HTTP and HTTPS image locations to URLConnection.openConnection().getInputStream() after only basic URL validation, causing the application server to fetch attacker-selected resources. A consuming application must accept attacker-controlled multimodal messages and use the Bedrock Converse chat model; the documented consequence is confidentiality loss through requests to internal or external destinations.
