Front-end disruption via encoded-resource cache poisoning

Cache poisoning in Spring Framework allows remote attackers to disrupt front-end clients through crafted static-resource requests. The MVC and WebFlux resource-chain cache stores an encoded static resource under an entry that attackers can prime with the wrong content encoding. Exploitation requires enabled resource-chain caching, encoded-resource resolution, and an empty cache; a client must then request the poisoned resource for front-end breakage.
