File disclosure and SSRF via profile substitution

Path traversal and SSRF in affected Spring Cloud Config releases allow remote attackers to read files or trigger server-side requests. The request profile is substituted without confinement into native search paths or source-control repository URLs, allowing directory escape or attacker-directed destinations. A reachable Config Server is exposed only when it uses the native filesystem or a source-control backend; impact is file disclosure or server-originated requests.
