CSS sanitizer bypass via late magic-word replacement

Improper output encoding in Wikimedia Approved Revs 1.39, 1.43, 1.44, and 1.45 allows remote attackers to bypass inline CSS sanitization. The ParserAfterTidy hook replaces the APPROVEDREVS magic word after strip markers are removed, transforming attacker-controlled style attributes into blocked CSS syntax. Exploitation requires a victim to render crafted wikitext and can trigger browser requests to attacker-chosen URLs, enabling input manipulation and limited disclosure.
