Unauthenticated service crash via unchecked point decoding

Improper input validation in RustCrypto elliptic-curves 0.14.0-pre.0 and 0.14.0-rc.0 allows remote attackers to crash SM2 decryptors. EncodedPoint::from_bytes accepts correctly sized SEC1 coordinates without verifying curve membership, and decrypt() unwraps the failed AffinePoint conversion. Exposure requires a consuming service to pass attacker-controlled SM2 ciphertext to the library; the panic can terminate its decrypting thread or process.
