Service crash via unbounded KMC Base64 decode

Heap buffer overflow in NASA CryptoLib before 1.4.3 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process via a malicious KMC response. KMC response handlers allocate decode buffers from len_data_out, while base64Decode writes the entire decoded base64ciphertext or base64cleartext without a destination bound. The vulnerable path requires the KMC backend and a compromised KMC endpoint or an attacker able to impersonate it; heap corruption reliably crashes the process, while code execution depends on allocator behavior and platform hardening.
