Administrator-only SSRF and file upload via download_url
Published Mar 3, 2026 · Updated Mar 3, 2026
SSRF in Uncanny Automator 7.0.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to fetch arbitrary URLs through a WordPress site. The download_url() path uses an administrator-supplied URL to make a server-side request and stores the returned file contents on the host. Administrator access is required; requests can reach internal services, while stored attacker-selected content enables arbitrary file upload and code execution.
