Unauthenticated private prompt disclosure via unguarded routes

Authorization bypass in prompts.chat before commit 7b81836 allows remote attackers to read private prompt data through public API routes. The versions, examples, and change-request handlers query prompt sub-resources without checking isPrivate or ownership, while generateMetadata renders private titles and descriptions. No authentication or user interaction is required; knowledge of a private prompt identifier exposes its content, history, examples, change requests, and metadata without enabling data modification.
