CVE-2026-22605Network attack vector

Cross-project meeting disclosure via unscoped ID lookup

Published Jan 10, 2026 · Updated Jan 10, 2026

Improper access control in OpenProject before 16.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to read meeting details across projects. Authorization checks the View Meetings permission against the project named in the URL, then loads the numeric meeting ID without constraining it to that project. Any user with View Meetings permission on one project can expose another project’s agenda and section titles, notes, and text outcomes; the permission is granted to all roles by default.
