OS command injection in D-Link DCS-931L firmware through 1.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via AdminID. The /goform/setSysAdmin handler passes the AdminID request-body value to an operating-system command without neutralizing command metacharacters. Administrative credentials are required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-selected commands on the camera without user interaction.
