Internal data exfiltration via unrestricted media fetches

SSRF in Ghost 5.38.0 through 5.130.5 and 6.0.0 through 6.10.3 allows remote authenticated users to read internal data. ExternalMediaInliner passed staff-supplied media URLs to an unrestricted request client without rejecting destinations that resolve to private IP space. A valid Ghost Admin API token for a staff account is required, and successful requests disclose data reachable from the Ghost server.
