Server crash via nil mirror dereference

Denial of service in Gogs 0.13.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the server through repository mirror synchronization. The synchronization loop logs a GetMirrorByRepoID error by dereferencing m.RepoID even though the failed lookup returns m as nil. A user with repository access can repeatedly request mirror synchronization and delete the repository before lookup, triggering a nil-pointer panic that terminates the service.
