Heap disclosure and crash via unchecked fragment length

Out-of-bounds read in eProsima Fast DDS affected releases allows remote attackers to disclose heap data through crafted RTPS traffic. CacheChange_t::add_fragments computes incoming_length from an attacker-controlled DATA_FRAG sampleSize and calls memcpy without checking the received payload length. An unauthenticated UDP packet can copy adjacent heap bytes into a relayed reassembly buffer or crash a Discovery Server when the read reaches unmapped memory.
