Authenticated file disclosure via path traversal
Published Apr 14, 2026 · Updated Apr 14, 2026
Path traversal in Fortinet FortiSOAR and FortiSOAR Cloud 7.3.0 through 7.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to read files. File Content Extraction actions accept a caller-supplied file IRI or path without keeping the resolved pathname within the intended file location. A valid account and access to an extraction action are required; the published impact is limited to confidentiality, with no reported file modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=7.3.0 <=7.3.3
