Unauthenticated telemetry and source-code disclosure via dbviewer

Information disclosure in METIS WIC oscore 2.1.234-r18 and earlier allows remote attackers to export telemetry via /dbviewer/. The endpoint omits authentication before accepting database-export requests, while enabled Django debug mode returns tracebacks for malformed input. Direct network access is required, but no credentials or user interaction are needed to read SQLite telemetry, source code, paths, and configuration.
