Process crash via unchecked MPEG-TS lengths

Out-of-bounds read in the MPEG-TS parser in CCExtractor 183 allows local users to crash the process with a malformed transport stream. The parse_PAT function reads fixed header offsets without first ensuring that the buffered PAT payload contains eight bytes; parse_PMT likewise trusts ES_info_length and reads descriptor bytes beyond the input buffer. The user must process a crafted MPEG-TS file locally, and the demonstrated consequence is a process abort rather than data disclosure or code execution.
