Application crash via unterminated PSD string

Improper null termination in GIMP's PSD loader on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and 9 allows attackers to crash GIMP via a crafted PSD file. fread_pascal_string allocates exactly the declared string length, omits a trailing null byte, and later passes the buffer to strlen, which reads beyond the heap allocation. A user must open the attacker-supplied file in GIMP; the documented consequence is an application crash, not data disclosure or code execution.
