CVE-2026-2237

Sensitive-information disclosure via GET query strings

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

Sensitive-data exposure in Synology Storage Manager before 1.0.1-1100 allows local users on Windows to read sensitive data via GET query strings. The volume-encryption workflow places unspecified sensitive information in the URL query string of a GET request, where local sources can retain it. Exploitation requires local access to Windows, and the published impact is limited to reading the exposed information.
