Stored XSS in Winter CMS before 1.2.10 allows remote authenticated users to run script through an uploaded SVG asset. AssetList.php's onUpload method stored SVG files without invoking SVG sanitization, leaving active content in theme assets. Exploitation requires Backend access with cms.manage_assets and user interaction, limiting execution to a viewer's browser.
