Missing rate limiting in wpDiscuz before 7.6.47 allows remote attackers to subscribe arbitrary email addresses to post notifications. The wpdAddSubscription handler accepts repeated unauthenticated POST requests and evaluates supplied addresses with SQL LIKE wildcard matching. No account or user interaction is required, and repeated requests generate unwanted notification email for victim addresses.
