Cross-site request forgery in wpDiscuz before 7.6.47 allows remote attackers to manipulate user follow data through crafted requests. The getFollowsPage() handler processes follow operations without validating a WordPress nonce and also exposes follow relationships. Exploitation requires a user to submit an attacker-crafted request in a browser, enabling unauthorized enumeration and changes to that user's follow data.
