Application crash via unbounded serial frame writes

Stack-based buffer overflow in RIOT OS through 2026.01-devel-317 allows attackers to crash ethos via crafted serial or TCP frames. The _handle_char() function writes each incoming byte to the fixed 9,000-byte serial->frame stack buffer and increments serial->framebytes without checking it against MTU. Reachability requires control of the serial stream or the TCP endpoint selected by ethos; overflowing the buffer corrupts memory and crashes the utility.
