Local tapslip6 crash via unbounded device path

Stack-based buffer overflow in RIOT OS 2026.01-devel-317 and earlier allows local users to crash tapslip6 through its -s option. The devopen() function copies the fixed /dev/ prefix and appends the supplied device name into a 1,024-byte stack buffer with strcpy() and strcat() but performs no length check. Exploitation requires local access and control of the utility's command line; an overlong device name corrupts stack memory and terminates the process.
