CVE-2026-22205Network attack vector

Unauthenticated information disclosure via loose hash comparison

Published Feb 26, 2026 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Authentication bypass in SPIP before 4.4.10 allows remote attackers to read protected information through lightweight authentication. The verifier_low_sec() routine performs a loose PHP comparison on an attacker-controlled authentication value, so type coercion can accept a nonmatching value. No account or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to disclosure of protected internal data rather than modification or service interruption.
