Unauthenticated account access via default JWT key

Authentication bypass in rachelos WeRSS 1.4.0 through 1.4.8 allows remote attackers to forge JWTs with a published default key. core/auth.py obtains SECRET_KEY from configuration with the constant fallback csol2025, then uses it to sign and verify HS256 tokens. No credentials or user interaction are required, but the forged token's subject must name an existing account; successful requests inherit that account's role and permissions.
