CVE-2026-22097Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via unsigned firmware

Published Jul 13, 2026 · Updated Jul 13, 2026

Improper firmware signature verification in EVbee DC-80 before 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via updates. The firmware update mechanism accepts attacker-supplied files without validating a cryptographic signature, allowing arbitrary files to be installed and executed. Network access to the update capability is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and execution can compromise the charger and connected systems.
