OS command injection in Greenshot before 1.3.311 allows attackers to execute commands through crafted screenshot filenames. ExternalCommandDestination.FormatArguments inserts a user-controlled full path into a command template with string.Format without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires the ExternalCommand plugin to invoke a shell interpreter and a user to open the valid image and select the configured destination; commands run with that user's privileges.
