Unauthorized API access via null permission resolution

Authorization bypass in Apache Solr 5.3.0 through 9.10.0 allows remote attackers to access protected APIs via crafted HTTP requests. Unexpected HTTP methods or path deviations make affected handlers' getPermissionName logic return null, causing RuleBasedAuthorizationPlugin to skip the predefined permission. Exposure requires multiple configured roles, a listed predefined permission without an all rule, and unfiltered network access; reachable APIs can disclose metrics, configuration, schema, or security data and permit configured edits.
