Authorization flaw in Oracle User Management 12.2.7 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify application data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Workflow and Business Events and has not disclosed the incorrect operation performed on untrusted input. Exploitation requires a high-privilege account and can expose a subset of accessible data or update, insert, or delete some accessible data.
