Browser script injection via unneutralized leave reason
Published Feb 9, 2026 · Updated Feb 9, 2026
Cross-site scripting in ZeroWdd studentmanager allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the Reason for Leave field. LeaveController.addLeave processes that field without neutralizing browser-executable markup before the value reaches generated page content. Exploitation requires high-privileged application access and a user to render the crafted content, enabling unauthorized page-content changes.
