Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft Human Resources 9.2 allows remote attackers to read or modify HR data through HTTP. Oracle identifies the Company Dir / Org Chart Viewer and Employee Snapshot components but does not disclose the flawed operation or input handling. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by another user, and resulting access is limited to a subset of readable or modifiable application data.
