Improper access control in Oracle Applications DBA 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter critical data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Java utils as the component but has not disclosed the affected function or the access-control operation it performs incorrectly. Exploitation requires high privileges and network access; successful attacks can read, create, delete, or modify all data accessible to Applications DBA without interrupting service.
