Denial of service in MySQL Server 8.0.0 through 8.0.44, 8.4.0 through 8.4.7, and 9.0.0 through 9.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash it. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Server: DDL and has not disclosed the incorrect operation performed on crafted DDL input. High-privileged database access over the MySQL protocol is required; successful attacks cause a hang or repeatable crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
