Authenticated service crash via unchecked configuration values

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC9 15.03.06.42_multi allows remote authenticated users to crash its web service via configuration values. The formGetRebootTimer handler passes attacker-controlled schedule-reboot start and end strings to GetValue, which writes them into 12-byte stack buffers without enforcing their length. Administrative access is required to alter the configuration; an oversized value crashes and repeatedly restarts the web service, with no demonstrated code execution.
